Accessibility
The Vancouver Art Gallery is wheelchair accessible. Street-level access is available through the Hornby and Robson Street entrances. Wheelchairs are available to visitors on a first-come, first-served basis, or can be reserved in advance by email at customerservice@vanartgallery.bc.ca or by phone at 604.662.4700. A Service Animal may accompany visitors to all public areas of the Gallery. Please note that persons with disabilities are welcome to bring one attendant at no additional admission cost.

General and Member Admission

Timed-entry tickets are now available, set at 60-minute intervals.

General Admission includes access to all exhibitions on view. What's on »

Gallery Members receive complimentary access, but are now required to reserved a timed-entry ticket. Become a member today » 

Please arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before your scheduled time slot to avoid crowding. The suggested visit time is no more than 90 minutes.
